founded in 2002 by four successful professionals with years of
experience in the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of
Defense, and other Federal Civilian Agencies. The development of a
diverse staff with extensive domain knowledge in workforce analysis
and performance and process improvement has led to highly successful
performance on an array of large federal contracts. Drawing on this
heritage, VectorCSP has defined its core competencies: aviation
logistics & engineering, organizational transformation support and
change management, performance modeling, Human Performance
Technology (HPT), and training.
The combination of experienced business management,
a thorough understanding of the Federal procurement process,
experienced leadership, and an industry-leading logistics planning
and workforce analysis methodology (the Pathfinder method) has
resulted in significant growth in the company's first four years.
