DHS EAGLE Ordering Guide 

DRC was awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for information technology (IT) services as part of the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program. EAGLE will serves as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT services in five functional categories:

1. Infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation, and integration;

2. Operations and maintenance;

3. Independent test, validation, verification;

4. Software Design; and

5. Management Support Services.

DRC was awarded a contract in functional category 5 - Management Support Services. This functional category provides the full range of business and technical management services that assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. These services encompass all areas of IT policy and planning including, but not limited to,

• enterprise architecture,
• security,
• training,
• enterprise resource management,
• business process reengineering,
• IT transformation and strategy,
• organizational change leadership, and
• enterprise and program management office support (e.g. business case development and performance management).
