Yes. The web site closes registration two days before a class is held. Call the training registrar at 202-447-0098 or sent e-mail to Teresa.Allison@us.fujitsu.com she can still add registrations to the system.
Do I need to have a DHS e-mail and web access to register for classes?
No, the web site is an internet site and does not reside on the DHS Intranet. The only case where a DHS e-mail is needed is for those who are enrolled in the IMS or PRS training. These training courses are only for those who have system access. If you do not have IMS or PRS system access then you should not register for either of these two classes.
How can I get a certificate for a class that I attended?
Contact Patti Kipp at 703-641-8515 and provide her with the date of the class that you attended and your contact information.
US VISIT accepts as a DHS badge any badge that is issued by DHS Headquarters or a DHS Component (AO, CBP, CIS, DNDO, FEMA, FLETC, ICE, NPPD, OHA, S&T, TSA, USCG and USSS) security office for a contractor or Federal employee. Any person who does not have a badge issued by DHS Headquarters or a DHS component must go to the Visitor's desk to sign in and have a temporary badge issued to them.
